"Crayons" is a volunteer group to help the foreigners in Tokyo who want to study Japanese.  It was founded in April 2000, to offer the opportunity to learn Japanese especially those who have small children. We aim to mutually learn our culture and to help each other through our activities.

　

Multilingual Child-rearing Information
We have published handbooks on regional information related to child rearing in Meguro City for the foreigners. The handbook contains information on hospitals, nurseries, play parks, and other useful information. English, Chinese, Korean, Tagalog, Urdu versions are available.
